Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your billing period.

After your 7-day trial, you choose a plan (Solo, Agency, Partner, or Enterprise) to continue. If you don't subscribe, your account switches to a restricted mode with limited scanning. Your data is preserved for 30 days.

A scan connects to your Odoo instance via XML-RPC, analyzes installed modules, permissions, custom code, performance, email health, and security advisories, then calculates your Pulse Score. Each scan takes about 30–60 seconds.

AI insights are powered by server-managed providers. No per-customer API key setup is required. Scan metadata is analyzed only when insights are requested.

We only read module metadata, permission rules, and system configuration. We never access your business data (invoices, contacts, etc.). All credentials are AES-256 encrypted at rest. See our Security page for full details.

On the Solo plan, you can enable overage billing to keep scanning beyond your 30-scan limit at $2.00 per extra scan (up to 20 extra scans/month). Agency includes 150 scans/month; Partner and Enterprise include unlimited scans with no overage charges.
